A subtle gem of a home awaits you just East of "The Half", one of OKC's newest multi-use business, entertainment and residential development! This foreclosure home is in need of some minor to major updates, but has all the bones to be an impressive owner occupied home or an income generating lease option! A quaint living area welcomes you while the kitchen and dining area have many options to modernize and make your chef experiences enjoyable. Laundry area leads to a converted garage with an oversized bar, which may have been the support for many a tall tale, sob story, or one of life's lessons. Three moderately sized bedroom with closets and a guest bath are all tucked on the other side of this home. Patio access through the dining area into a sizeable backyard. Electrical, plumbing and aesthetics are hopefully at the beginning of this remodel project, while pondering the updates needed in your converted garage. Keep the history or take it back to vehicle storage? You will never know the answer unless you contact a Realtor to purchase this home. Absolutely sold as-is, where is. Not immediately livable so cash or rehab loan offers best suited to make this home yours!
